makechrootpkg: respect GNUPGHOME
Previously, makechrootpkg hardcoded ~/.gnupg. Therefore, if a user
uses a custom GPG home directory, the siganture checking would fail.
Now makechrootpkg uses $GNUPGHOME, with a fallback to ~/.gnupg.
